Design and Process Development of Assessment Center for evaluation of potential

Assessment Center is a process for the assessment of skills and potential of people through multiple observations within limited exposures.

The process involves several steps that start by defining behaviors associated with certain skills, to continue with individual and group exercises designed to promote such behaviors, which are observed

by expert assessors who then, together, produce the final report.

This technique was developed especially in U.S. and Europe in the 1980s and 1990s.

Consulting Partners introduced this type of assessment in its service in the mid 1990's in two ways:

  1. 1) The issuance of more than thirty courses of Assessment Center coordinator training
  2. 2) The design and management of such programs in many companies in our area
